The 5th annual GUTS Pumpkin Carving Competition, held on October 25 at the North Carolina Music Factory, raised over $26,000 to support Levine Children’s Hospital.
GUTS is a friendly pumpkin carving competition organized and created by CRAFTED, a marketing agency in Charlotte, North Carolina. What began as an internal team building event at CRAFTED has grown into a community-wide event, attracting the finest creative talent in the area and support from generous sponsors.
85 carvers (28 teams and 6 individuals) competed to design and carve the most creative pumpkins of the season, which were later auctioned off (proceeds benefiting Levine Children’s Hospital). This year’s top team design was by “Team birdsong gregory”, and the top individual design was by Kimberly Connelly-Willner of Wine & Design Charlotte.
