Eastwood Homes first became a partner of Carolinas HealthCare System and Levine Children’s Hospital in January 2008, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to growth in the Carolinas. Since that time, a portion of the proceeds from each and every Charlotte-area sale is donated to LCH. Wanting to make an even greater impact, Eastwood Homes then introduced the Eastwood Homes Hospitality Cart, which circulates the 8 floors and family waiting areas of Levine Children’s Hospital and provides healthy snacks, reading materials, gifts, books and toiletries at no charge to the children or families of the children that are staying in the hospital.
Most recently, Eastwood Homes hosted their 2nd Annual Charity Golf Outing on October 13, 2014, further strengthening their commitment to the Levine Children’s Hospital. During the very successful event, the company raised more than $40,000 for Levine Children’s Hospital.
Platinum sponsors for the event included Builders FirstSource, and Weyerhaeuser. Gold Sponsors included Moen , Movement Mortgage, and Stock Building Supply. Certainteed provided support as a Silver Sponsor. Countless other supporters contributed to the fund-raising efforts of Eastwood Homes.
