On Monday June 15, 2015 the Charlotte Knights hosted their 8th annual Golf Classic. The golf classic brought baseball and golf together again as the Knights worked to raise an impressive $18,475 for Levine Children’s Hospital. The event was at the Arnold Palmer designed TPC Piper Glen golf course in Charlotte, NC.  Monday’s 8th Annual Knights Golf Classic was the second consecutive one held at TPC Piper Glen. All of the funds raised by the golf classic went to benefit Levine Children’s Hospital at Carolinas Medical Center and Charlotte Knights Charities. A former patient at LCH, Connor McKemey, played and spoke to all of the golfers afterward in appreciation of their effort to make this event so successful.

The Knights, along with many of their great partners, hold this golf event to raise awareness and money for children and families in need. Since its inception in 2008, 100% of the money raised from the golf classic goes directly to Levine Children’s Hospital.
