An unprecedented 1,500 attendees gathered for the 8th Annual Sarcoma Stomp, supporting the theme of “making hope REAL” and raising funds and awareness for sarcoma research and patient programs at Levine Cancer Institute. “We work hard to make this event memorable for all participants,” said Sue Udelson, Executive Director of the Paula Takacs Foundation for Sarcoma Research, which hosted the event. A record $250,000 was raised, which will help fund cutting-edge clinical research trials to investigate new, innovative treatments for the more than 50 varieties of sarcomas.
