For over 40 years, Eastwood Homes has “built with care,” using expert craftsmanship to construct homes across the Carolinas and beyond. For the premier home builder, this care extends far beyond the construction site and into the communities it serves; mainly Charlotte, North Carolina, where the company is headquartered.

Since 2008, Eastwood Homes has been a committed corporate partner of Levine Children’s Hospital, finding inventive ways to give back in support of sick and injured children in our community. Most notably, Eastwood Homes has donated a portion of the proceeds from every Charlotte-area home sale to the children’s hospital. The company also makes an annual contribution to Levine Children’s with funds raised from the Eastwood Classic. This year, the golf tournament raised over $130,000 for patient initiatives.

Eastwood Homes’ charitable giving helped introduce The Eastwood Homes Hospitality Cart (pictured left), which provides healthy snacks, reading materials, gifts, and toiletries to patient families during their hospital stay. Donations have also been directed to Seacrest Studios (pictured right), an in-house multimedia broadcast center that provides entertainment to patients from their hospital rooms. This resource has been especially beneficial to Levine Children’s Hospital patients during the pandemic, who can interact with studio staff virtually, from the safety of their rooms.

With over a decade of dedicated fundraising, Eastwood Homes recently surpassed an extraordinary milestone, contributing over $1 million in total funds to Levine Children’s Hospital. On behalf of Levine Children’s patients and their families, we are deeply grateful for the $1 million, and counting, that Eastwood Homes has donated during our partnership. Thank you for demonstrating time and time again, home is where the heart is.
