As the company enters an exciting moment in its history—having recently acquired Babson Capital Management, and with it, the leadership of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Thomas Finke—Barings is poised to carry on its legacy of philanthropic support for Levine Children’s Hospital in a meaningful way.
Going above and beyond their commitment as the lead sponsor of Hopebuilders, Barings employees each year honor patients through employee-led fundraising teams, which, combined with their sponsorship of Hopebuilders, have raised or contributed over $360,000 to date. They also had a tremendous presence at the November 19 Hopebuilders 5K, with over 200 participants attending the signature fundraising event.
