Following a spinal stroke which left him paralyzed, Brian Muscarella knew his life was changed forever. The annual Cycle to the Sea event, benefiting ASAP at Carolinas Rehabilitation, helped him get back to living an active, healthy lifestyle.
Today, a now-healthy Andrew and his family are giving back to the hospital by creating awareness for cancer programs and advocating for philanthropic support.
