Hospice care focuses on helping the patient feel as comfortable as possible, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Hospice care also extends support and comfort to the patient’s family members and caregivers.
Our team of specially trained healthcare professionals and volunteers has been caring for hospice patients and families for more than 30 years, serving Cabarrus, Stanly, Mecklenburg and Rowan counties.
