Saturday, September 26, marks the 8th Annual Isabella Santos Foundation 5K for Kids Cancer, 10K and 1 Mile Fun Run in Charlotte, NC. Isabella was treated for cancer at Levine Children’s Hospital, and although she lost her battle to the disease, her parents—Erin and Stuart—are keeping her memory alive by raising funds in support of local cancer research. In the last 7 years the Isabella Santos Foundation 5K for Kids Cancer and 1 Mile Fun Run has raised over $1 million for Neuroblastoma research and local charities, including Levine Children’s Hospital.
